• For UK customers, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or for defective/incorrect items.
• For international customers (e.g., Mexico), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
